Cancellations: We paddle rain or shine. There are no refunds except if Rip The Nip has to cancel your paddle due to weather/creek conditions.

No-Shows: There are no refunds if you do not show up for your reservation.
Check in: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to check in.
Waiver: It is MANDATORY that every customer prints and signs the online waiver BEFORE arriving for check in.
The canoes, tubes or kayaks that you rent are yours for the day. You have until dusk to return them.
